THE ART PROGRAM AT SYDNEY CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL, RANDWICK

The Art Program at Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick uses the visual arts to transform the Hospital into a vibrant, reassuring and colourful space, where children feel safe and happy. Five gallery spaces throughout the busy corridors of the Hospital host a rotating schedule of exhibitions which offer patients and families a window to an external world that is creative, educational and inspiring. The exhibitions on display are extremely diverse and cover a wide range of topics, styles and medium; all of which help make the Hospital a place of healing, culture and visual respite.
