Artist Talk: Judy Lane

Although I have been a painter for most of my life I have become fascinated by clay for the past six years. I started making ceramic handbags this year as a salute to my father who created such an industry which appeared to rule our lives and dictated what my mother and I carried on our arms. My bags are eclectic in both style and surface design.
